Alambique Serrano 3 Años 2nd Edition is a rare Oaxacan cane juice rum, think agricole-style, but born in the mountains of Mexico. It’s aged in both ex-bourbon barrels and new French Oak, then proofed down with water drawn directly from the Río Blanco river of Santa Maria Tlalixtac, making the local terroir literally part of the bottle.
