One of the four that make up the Alambique Serrano 2025 Single Cask Series, this single cask Oaxacan rum, aged for 36 months in new French Oak, boasts an unmistakable aroma of raspberry cheesecake and a rich palate of graham cracker and spiced berry crème brûlée. Interestingly, it’s part of a series that explores various wood types, with other casks in the collection aged in Hungarian oak and Acacia wood, showcasing the diverse flavors that different aging vessels can impart.
