One of the four that make up the Alambique Serrano 2025 Single Cask Series, this unique Oaxacan rum, aged for over three years in new Hungarian oak, offers a flavor profile reminiscent of a pastry chef’s spice cabinet, with notes of star anise, nutmeg, and cardamom; interestingly, it’s distilled on a Krassel Column still, a type rarely used for rum production, typically associated with vodka and grain whiskey.
