Aviation Gin stands out with its unique botanical blend, featuring lavender, cardamom, and Indian sarsaparilla, creating a softer and more floral profile compared to traditional London Dry gins. Interestingly, the brand was co-created by bartender Ryan Magarian and distiller Christian Krogstad in 2006, making it one of the first collaborations between a bartender and distiller to create a new gin expression.
