Our Distiller’s Cut Rum is crafted from a blend of French agricole style with a classic molasses wash. This small-batch white rum is distilled on our copper pot still after a slow in-house sugar cane fermentation. Distiller’s Cut Rum captures butterscotch and lime blossom aroma with notes of caramel, buttercream and hints of green banana.
