This brandy begins with warm vanilla and candy store aromas followed by tobacco and toasty campfire wood. You’ll love the mellow fruit, cedar, and clove notes. Long finish with hints of pecans and bread pudding. A blend of brandies aged 5-7 years in both new French and American Oak barrels. Pot-distilled in-house from Willamette Valley red wines on a Christian Carl Brandy Still.
