A single-vineyard blend of 95% Sangiovese and 5% Colorino from Casanova, Terricciola, aged in new, medium-toasted French-oak tonneaux (500L) for 12-14 months.

After the wood has imparted its flavors, the wine is transferred to stainless-steel vats for 3 months before bottling, then left to age in the cellar for another 3-4 months before release.
