Sausalito Liquor Co. (yes, the same company that makes one of our favorite Maritime gins, Marin Coastal Gin), created this liqueur using TCHO Chocolate of Berkeley, CA. It was designed to be higher quality alternative to the traditionally sugary creme de cacao, moving away from the syrupy or milky textures common in the category. Every bottle is made from 100% recycled glass and with compostable corks.
We recommend using this chocolaty liqueur in an espresso martini, chocolate negroni or a chocolate old fashioned.
