Yellowstone Special Finishes Collection: Rum Cask offers bourbon lovers a unique twist on the classic American whiskey, with its time spent in Caribbean rum barrels imparting subtle notes of tropical fruit and warm spices. Interestingly, this limited edition release pays homage to the distillery’s pre-Prohibition roots, as Yellowstone bourbon was originally created in the 1880s by J.B. Dant, whose family has been making whiskey for seven generations – longer than any other family in Kentucky.
