Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka is a unique Polish spirit flavored with a rare grass that grows in the Białowieża Forest, one of Europe’s last remaining primeval woodlands. Interestingly, this vodka contains coumarin, a mildly toxic compound found in the bison grass, which is banned as a food additive in the United States – but don’t worry, the amount in Zubrowka is too small to cause harm and instead imparts a distinctive vanilla-like flavor and aroma to the spirit.
