A high quality product. Its long production process gives Vermouth Yzaguirre Selección 1884 a very special consistency. Two months of maceration of the base herbs, more than 80 varieties, and later two years in oak barrels, help to stabilize the aroma and the color of the mixture. In the mouth we find notes of woods, herbs and spices. The finish is very long and original in taste, with intense bitter notes.
Our advice: A very consistent appetizer, aged in small old oak barrels that give it a lot of consistency and a very special touch. Its high graduation brings about its liqueur flavor. Drink it cold, with a slice of orange; or alone, at room temperature, as a digestif, accompanying chocolate desserts or good coffee.
